In this issue, we end up publishing the article The World in the XXI century and Russia: trends and prospects, in which the author criticizes the policy of liberal globalization, pursued by the U.S. and its allies. Analyzing the results of the global economic crisis, as well as statements of famous sociologists (P. Sorokin, I. Wallerstein), the author concludes that U.S. world hegemony is finished.
