A program for photometric data reduction

While most of my programming concerns ill-posed problems, I have also written a program which can hopefully be useful to photometrists. This is a photometric data reduction program. Currently it works under MS DOS only! Its main features are:

Very flexible interactive user interface;
Correction of the data for the atmospheric extinction;
Two methods for deriving extinction coefficients:
- using special observations of standard stars, and
- using comparison stars observations (under some conditions);
Safety: a user cannot get into a trouble whatever he(she) is doing.

The distribution includes the manual in LaTeX and DVI format (in Russian only...), examples of data files and the binary.

There exists built-in small help in English which I hope will suffice to try the program out. Please feel free to ask me for any additional information.

All above files are stored is a self-extracting archive file for MS DOS, which you can get right away. Be sure to press a SHIFT key while clicking on merl.exe.
