Region not publishing accounting by number of cores.
   	
Detailed Description:
   	Hi, a number of sites in your NGI/region are not publishing 
accounting information reporting the number of cores used by jobs.

WLCG has asked that all sites running LHC work should report on number 
of cores and cpus used. Can you please contact the relevant sites in 
your region and help them start publishing. I have added a more detailed 
view of your NGI in an update to this ticket.

If a site runs the apel-client for accounting then it should make a 
simple change in parser.cfg on all CEs, setting the value parallel=true. 
This will make the change for future publishing.
