Dear responsible of the Russian sites listed below,
as you may know your sites are  failing several CMS readiness tests
since a long time, and therefore they are  in the so called "morgue":

this means that they are not used for normal CMS operations, and
that no ESP credits are assigned to them.

We would like to remind you that with the approaching of the data
taking all Tier2 sites should perform at best.
Could you please take the needed actions to improve the readiness of your site ?

Details are below:

T2_RU_ITEP:    failing SAM tests and uploads
T2_RU_PNPI:    failing HC and SAM
T2_RU_RRC_KI:   failing HC, SAM and downloads   -> does the site still
support CMS ??
T2_RU_SINP:  failing HC, SAM and transfers   -> does the site still
support CMS ??

I am glad to see that T2_RU_INR, which was also not working properly
since a long time, seems to be recovering recently (thanks!)
