Dear NGIs

the end of QR10 is approaching, and we need input on NGI activities and
metrics from EGI-InSPIRE partners. In what follows you find instructions
for your submission.
All OMB members (and only these) have editorial rights to provide
reports on wiki.

INFORMATION
- QR10 reference period: August-October 2012
- Deadline for submission: *02/11/2012*
- Submission of quarterly reports is *mandatory* for all EGI-InSPIRE
SA1 partners (with the only exception of Asia Pacific partners who are
unfunded)

INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1. FILL IN THE NGI METRICS
NGI metrics need to be submitted through the metrics portal
(http://metrics.egi.eu/). Note that some of these are automatically
populated where possible (such as accounting information, installed
capacity etc.). Every partner is requested to double check the
automatically populated values (you can directly edit and fix automatic
values if needed).

Please consult the following wiki page with a quick how-to about the
metric portal:

* Metrics portal: http://metrics.egi.eu
Problems with the metrics portal can be reported to me/Peter or directly
to the development team through a GGUS ticket.

STEP 2. FILL IN YOUR ACTIVITY REPORT (Part 2)
Please provide your quarterly report of activities on the EGI wiki:
- Go to page: https://wiki.egi.eu/wiki/NGI_QR_Reports
- Select column "QR10" and click on "<country-QR10>" where country is
your respective one. Fill in the information in the relevant sections
(meetings and dissemination, and activity report).
