Marcin, the place to check your publishing is 
http://www3.egee.cesga.es/gridsite/accounting/CESGA/egee_view.html

All your sites except IFJ-PAN-BG have published in the last few days but 
the portal doesn't show whether it was from glite-MON or glite-APEL. If 
we assume that you stopped MON when migrating to glite-APEL then things 
look OK.

The Nagios tests for publishing should be in your own MyEGEE.
