"In this small paragraph I would like to share my impressions with you,
concerning SUNY and MSU activities. My name is Andrei and I study at Moscow
State University at the School of Public Administration.

In July, 2005 I had a lucky chance to do my internship in the Office of
International Programs at SUNY in Albany. My main task as an intern was to
aggregate the information for the web page of the Office. This is why I
communicated a lot with SUNY employees, who are all excellent people.

As a student, I can appreciate the results of this fruitful partnership.
SUNY faculty members regularly carry out University forums, where American
professors and their Russian colleagues make presentations on different
issues. For example, I liked a lot the presentation made by Victor Assal in
October devoted to terror. Students are involved in these forums, because
they can ask questions and express their ideas. I am sure, that Russia and
USA should develop such programs to promote international education."
