Ivan Plastinin was born on October 4, 1992, in Kerch (the Crimea, Ukraine).

In 2010, he graduated from social-economy class of Secondary school No.2 of Goryachi Kliuch town, and he entered the physical department of M.V.Lomonosov Moscow State University.
