In this paper, we present an implementation in Maple of a new algorithm for the algebraic function integration problem in the particular case of hyperelliptic integrals. This algorithm is based on the general algorithm of Trager [9] and on the arithmetic in the Jacobian of hyperelliptic curves of Cantor [2].
