auto_pdb(): get resi_start and resi_end from sequence name, not as arguments
Changed sequnce name parsing regular expression and helper function pdb_id_parse()
Arguments resi_start and resi_end were dropped from method auto_pdb()
of structure.SequenceMixin.
closes #77
