Opening of the educational programme - School of CEOs, "Capsule of security" for the key managers of Bashneft Group.

April 11, 2013 - Bashneft Group in conjunction with JSFC "Sistema" opened the programme for the development of key Bashneft Group management - School of CEOs, "Capsule of security". 

The programme is developed by the Higher School of Management and Innovation - Faculty of the Lomonosov Moscow State University - specifically for the professional development of JSFC "System?s" employees .

Programme was opened with the Speech of the President of the Bashneft Group - Alexander Corsic, who emphasized the importance of developing leaders to improve business performance of the Bashneft Group. "Today, for the development of any company, the human factor is crucial. Therefore, we count the improvement of the exceptional skills of our employees as highly important, " - Alexander Corsic pointed out.

"The School of CEOs will not only help to gain new knowledge in the field of finance, safe production, corporate behavior, but also help to solve specific business problems". At the end of his Welcoming Speech President of Bashneft Group stressed that this programme ? is, so to speak, the "first start", and that other leaders of Bashneft Group will be joining it. Bashneft Group will continue to invest in the development of their leaders.

Also, the participants were welcomed by the Executive Vice-President, Head of the HR Department of JSFC "Sistema", Elena Vitchak. "The School of CEOs ? is an important project of the Corporation, its main task ? is the development of top-management subsidiaries, and thus - the development of innovation and advanced technology in the Corporation, - said Elena Vitchak at the opening ceremony of the programme.

In addition, the participants were welcomed by the Board members and senior executives of Bashneft Group - Victor Ghancev, Michael Stawskiy, Maxim 

Andriasov, Valentine Timakov, Oleg Mikhailov, Pavel Zakharov, as well as by the key leaders of the Group of JSFC "Sistema" - Michael Chjorniy, Dean of the MSU?s High School of Management and Innovation Elena Shmeleva,  Director of the Training Center of JSFC "Sistema" Marina Derevljova.

The main objectives of the programme School of CEOs, "Capsule of security"" are: the development of advanced technologies in company?s management, the introduction of the safe and economical production ideology, improvement of key management and industry competencies, the development and implementation of common standards in the field of business process, management procedures and production.

The programme includes 8 four-day modules, which will be implemented during the year with 1 time a month frequency in Moscow and Ufa involving leading experts and practitioners in the business. One of the principles of the programme is a direct link with business objectives. During the programme, participants will be able to apply this knowledge in practice and in case studies, business games, master classes. The result of the programme will be developed and implemented projects by participants that will bring improvements to Bashneft Group .

The first day of the newly formed student was very intense. After the inauguration of the programme participants began the training module "Finance for managers of oil and gas companies". At the end of the day all the participants of the programme were engaged in a business team game "Silent Tower" in which the participants had to build a tower made of Lego on the set parameters (each participant had a card with a parameter, which he or she could show to other participants). As part of the game ? the participants could not talk. Almost all the teams coped with the task of building the tower, but not all managed to follow parameters described in the cards. All of them had a wonderful experience of interaction in a team and learned to apply this lesson in business.

The first day of training programmes of School of CEOs, "Capsule security" ended with solemn presentation of student tickets to all participants and with a light buffet.

We congratulate all of our participants with a good start and we remind that in front of them lies considerable work during the year and then - elaboration and protection of the projects in front of the members of the Board of Directors of Bashneft Group and top-managers of JSFC "Sistema".
