AGREEMENT
for International Student

The M.V.Lomonosov Moscow State University (Russian Federation), hereinafter
defined as the "MSU", on behalf of the pro-rector Sidorovich Alexander V.,
acting on the basis of the University charter and the power of attorney of
the rector and the citizen of _________________ (country)

mutually to the following terms:
ARTICLE 1
1.1. The University and the Student have agreed on the following terms for
admittance, tutorial and payment of the Student.
1.2. Student is admitted to: Faculty of Physics.

Tuition fee is paid in Rubles according to the exchange rate stated by
the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the day of payment. Payment
is made at transfer of means for the University account All expenses of
transferring the money to the University account are beard by the Student.
In the event the Student is expelled by the University for the lack of
academic progress; transgression of the sections stated in Article 3; for
the Student's own personal reasons; for medical reasons confirmed by the
official medical paper, all payments made are non-refundable.

Article 2
Obligation and rights of the University
2.1. The University undertakes:
2.1.1.To provide curricular academic instruction to the Student in Russian
according to the academic programmes of the chosen speciality/direction,
status and terms of studies indicated in the Article 1. Issuance of
corresponding certification by the University to the Student will be made
upon successful completion of academic programme.
2.1.2. To provide excess to reading halls, libraries, athletic and cultural
facilities in accordance with the governing rules of these facilities.
2.1.3. To render assistance in insurance of the Student's health.
2.1.4. To render assistance to the Student in obtaining entry visa before
studies start, exit visa after completing of study and exit-entry visas on
vacations according to the state regulations.
2.1.5. The University will provide the Student with a place of residency
(please, choose one):
-on contract basis with dormitory administration
-without dormitory
2.2. The University reserves the right to cancel the Agreement and not
accept the Student for non-compliance of obligations as stated Article 3
sections 3.1., 3.2., 3.3., 3.4., 3.5, 3.6., and/or for unforeseen or
unusual medical reasons certified by official medical paper preventing
Student from studying.
2.3. The University does not undertake:
2.3.1.To pay any kind of scholarship to the Student
2.3.2.To pay insurance of Student's health and property expenses as
well as medical service expenses
2.3.3.To refund damage of Student's property and harm to Student's
health and life that happened in an accident the University is not
responsible for. It concerns also the expenses connected with such accident
2.3.4.To pay the living expenses of the Student's family members or
other persons invited by the Student as well as to supply accommodation to
these persons
2.3.5.To pay court or other expenses connected with the Student's
transgression of legal or criminal law of the Russian Federation.

ARTICLE 3
Obligations and Rights of the Student
3.1. To abide by the Russia Constitution and legislation, to maintain
academic status in good standing and to complete the academic requirements.
Adhere to special regulations for foreign citizens living and travelling
throughout Russia as well as regulations for students of the University.
3.2. Payments must be made in accordance with Article I of the present
Agreement.
3.3. To arrive to the University must be no later than "______"
______________200__. Submission of Passport, entrance visa, and visa
registration payment receipt must be presented to the University no later
than 3 days upon arrival, excepting celebratory and days off.
3.4. To submit to the University the following documents:
Application form of the University,
Original of the highest complete academic degree and transcripts with
attaching one copy of the notary certified translation into Russian;
Certificate of passing a pre-university course or Russian fluency
test;
Medical certificate with the necessary analysis' results proving that
the Student does not have diseases preventing him from study;
Negative AIDS test result,
Medical insurance policy;
Copy of passport or birth certificate;
6 photos 4x6 cm;
Certificate of Residency in Moscow stating the Students' location and
address if the Student will not be living in dormitory.
3.5. To prolong visa registration 1 month before its expiry date. To submit
a formal request for an exit visa no later than 3 weeks before departure.
3.6. To present AIDS test each time the Student enters Russia on the period
more than 3 months.
3.7. To update the medical certificate with the necessary analysis'
results.
3.8. The Student and the faculty administrations define forms and
conditions of the student's medical care during the study.

ARTICLE 4
4.1. The present Agreement is en-inures from the date of registration and
for the term of the Student's study under the chosen programmme.
4.2. In the event of a dispute, the University and the Student will attempt
to settle the dispute by means of negotiations. If the dispute cannot be
resolved by means of negotiations, the University and the Student will
render a decision set forth by arbitration through Russian legislation.
4.3.Any previous negotiations and correspondence preceding the Agreement
will become invalid.
4.4.Any amendments and supplements to the present Agreement will become
valid only if made in writing and duly agreed upon and initialed by the
University and Student.
4.5.The present Agreement will be signed in Both Russian and English, each
having equal legal enforcement. Both sides keep one original version.
4.6. The contents of this agreement must be changed at the introduction of
the agreement into the contradiction with again accepted laws of Russian
Federation.
