Education

In 1990 he entered the Faculty of Biology and graduated with honors in 1995 (specialty ��� “biophysics”).
In 1995 ��� 1998, he studied at the postgraduate at the Department of Biophysics on the Faculty of Biology.
In 1999, Andreev defended his thesis for the degree of candidate of biological sciences.
In 2000 ��� 2003, he studied in absentia at the Russian Academy of Theatre Arts (GITIS) in the field of “stage direction and mass performances” and “television direction.

Working activity

In 1999 ��� 2005, he worked as a researcher at the Department of Biophysics, Faculty of Biology.
In 2005 ��� 2008, he was a senior lecturer at the Institute of retraining and advanced qualification of teachers of humanities and social sciences at MSU.
From 2007 to the present ��� Andreev is Deputy Dean for General Affairs (since 2010 ��� the General Affairs and Strategic Development) of Faculty of Global Studies at Lomonosov Moscow State University.
Public activities:
In 2003 ��� 2004, he was the head of cultural direction and director of events of the Student Union of the Moscow State University.
In 2004 ��� 2010, he was a Deputy Chairman of the Youth Council of the Moscow State University, from 2010 ��� Executive Secretary of the Youth Council.
From 2005 to the present time ��� he is Executive Secretary of the International Youth Scientific Portal “Lomonosov”.
From March 2007 ��� Andreev is member of the Bureau of the Coordinating Council on Youth Affairs in scientific and educational spheres under the Council of the President of the Russian Federation for Science, Technology and Education, coordinator of the organizational and information group of the council.
From June 2009 ��� he is an Executive Secretary of the Coordinating Council.
He is initiator of creation and development of the Internet portal “Russian President – for young scientists and engineers.” Andreev is developer of National information-analytical system “Young Scientists of Russia.”
Alexey I. Andreev is author and co-author of more than 40 scientific and methodical works of Cell Biophysics, history and present state of student movements, youth policy, state policy in the sphere of reproduction of scientific and scientific-teaching staff. Also, he has such monographs as “Student Life of Imperial Moscow University” (co-author with Iliyn and Zmeev), Global Studies and 2 reference works: the series “Annals of student life at Moscow University” and “Dictionary of contemporary youth policy.”
He was awarded with gratitude in 2005, 2009, 2010, also with the certificate of honor in 2005 of Rector of Moscow University and diploma of the Deputy Minister of Sport, Tourism and Youth Policy of the Russian Federation in 2010.
Andreev is the author of the MSU students hymn and hymn of Moscow student teams.
