The subject of BRICS development prospects after the latest Fortaleza summit was examined by Vicente Ferraro Giaccaglini, RSE HSE master’s student, researcher for Asian Studies Laboratory in University of São Paulo, graduate of Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo.
