Efficiency of the Strategic Decision-making

The article explores the characteristics of strategic decisions determined by common factors of efficiency of their adoption, the most important of which are the assessment of environmental factors, the attitude of key stakeholders to strategic alternatives, evaluation of internal organizational capabilities and resources. The authors develop a paradigm for making effective strategic decisions, the contents of which are characteristics of the organization, the technology used, organizational policies and available resources. The concepts of effective, efficient and ineffective solutions are considered. The efficiency of strategic decisions is defined as the level of involvement of leadership in decision making, and rating the importance of the decision in developing an organizational strategy.
