The Role of the Media Image of State Departments in the Formation of Public Confidence (On the example of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan)

Public confidence is an important factor of legitimacy. In modern society, this confidence is based mainly on the images generated by the media. The author uses content analysis and frame analysis to explore the media image of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The article shows that the media creates a very controversial image of the State body that prevents its positive perception by the citizens of Kazakhstan.
