The article examines the process of social package formation in an organization. The author attempts to validate using the free choice model for social package construction. Particular attention is paid to various options for service packages as a basis for flexible social package formation. The author compares different approaches to social package formation, such as “Cafeteria”, “Canteen”, “Business lunch”, and point distribution combinations necessary for the formation of an individualized social package.
