'The Right Turn' in Russia: Evaluation by Western Experts and Politicians

The article analyses the sources of international support for a number of resent controversial political initiatives of the Kremlin and the key features of an emerging network of connections between the Russian government and social and political organizations in Russia, Europe and the United States, — a kind of new, “conservative” transnational alliance within which Russia claims the special leading role, relying on “soft” power.
