Communicational methods of solving political and economical problems grow more and more important in modern society. Communication management as a new, specific type of management is presently taking shape — slowly, gradually, sometimes imperceptibly — both in the transnational corporations and in foreign and domestic policy of the world’s leading countries. Communication management is a form of management of personnel, capital and other assets by means of communication. Communication management can effectively supplement administrative, financial and other resources of management, and even, in some circumstances, be the main power of management. The author examines the role of communication management in the genesis and development of the global economic crisis. The author’s extensive research author explores the technologies of creating incentives for critical events in economy, finance and in public conscience used in the USA.
