Foreign Experience of Institutionalization of Public Administration of Customs Affairs: Priorities for Ukraine

The article discusses and analyzes the problems of institutionalization of public administration of customs affairs in different countries. The author justifies the importance of international experience in the formation of institutional mechanisms of public administration of customs system. International experience confirms that on the basis of the general principles of (international and country-specific) a customs system selects a direction of institutional development, taking into account characteristics of the national system of public administration.
