Government employees stimulation as an instrument of public service efficiency improvement

The article is devoted to the problem of increasing civil service efficiency. The current state and problems of personnel policy in public service are analyzed on the example of government office of the Ulyanovsk region, and the main forms of stimulation of the civil servants are proposed.
