Organizational Change Management: Theory and Instruments

The article deals with an organizational change management phenomenon. Change management is considered a mature scientific discipline and professional practice area, a rapidly growing segment of management consulting. The article analyzes current problems and trends in the theory and practice of change management. The author shares his ideas about “a portfolio of change management tools”. It is noticed, that the specific toolkit (ADKAR Prosci, DICE BCG, charts of influencing forces, etc.) should be supplemented with tools and methods borrowed from related disciplines (strategic management, quality management, projects management, organizational behavior, etc.).
