Problems of Regional Social and Demographic Management

The article examines the problems of regional social and demographic management is. The main problem is the limitations of potential for social and demographic development, restricted by the global regular population reproduction patterns and the regional specifics. The author proposes a methodology for assessment of efficiency of the regional social and demographic management. The methodology allows to substantiate specific directions of investment. The article presents the results of an analysis of Ural Federal District conducted by the author using the proposed methodology.
