Implementation of corporate housing motivation programs through public-private partnership

The article reviews the practical arrangements for construction in the corporate structure and new social relations based on the synergy of interests in the development of housing cooperatives and housing infrastructure by employees, employers and the state, through the introduction of model programs to implement the system of housing motivation and corporate loyalty of young professionals.
Corporate housing incentive program is an integral part of personnel policy to retain key employees by helping to improve the living conditions, building long-term loyalty systems and corporate involvement.
The basic paradigm of the corporate housing incentive programs is horizontal integration within the framework of the activities of housing cooperatives of two directions: 1) construction of cooperative housing and its management in the interests of certain categories of citizens, primarily large and young families, young scientists, teachers, doctors, civil servants, engineers; 2) construction of a socially oriented non-profit rental and fund management for the benefit of the subjects of economic interaction to attract young professionals and create new jobs.
