Issue ? 37. April 2013International Experience in State Policy of Insurance of Agricultural Products: Prospects of UkraineNadezhda I. The article examines the formation of state policy in agricultural production insurance in the USA, Canada, Germany, and Spain. The study shows that for further improvement of the state policy in agricultural products insurance in Ukraine, it is necessary: to form a legal and regulatory framework that would take into account interests of all participants in the insurance of agricultural products, to create a special fund for disasters and common statistical database, to train representatives of insurance companies, public authorities in specific characteristics of agricultural insurance.
