Cluster Approach to Human Resources Formation in High-tech Industries

The article presents the model of education, scientific, and production cluster, which helps to implement new approach to the creation of combination of professional, social and individual competences of graduates. The peculiarity of the model is in its coordinated processes of preparation, professional orientation, competencies’ update and assurance of competitive ability of graduates during the professional circle.
