Alert dynamics is one of the key indices in crisis management. Post-crisis tracking of alert signals and their analysis allows to evaluate the efficiency of crisis management — estimate the intervals between the appearance of first warning signals and the reaction to them on top levels of organization, time for determining the importance of signals in intermediate subdivisions, time of crisis recognition, and so on.
