Promoting the Development of Civil Society Institutions in the Regions of the Russian Federation

The article analyzes Russian regional practice of the governmental support of civil society institutions. The widespread practice of target programs approach is also analyzed. The author argues the expediency of a public policy in the field of support of civil society institutions in the regions of the Russian Federation.
