Restructuring of Vertically-integrated Companies As a Factor of Improving Their Competitive Capacity

This article is devoted to the problems of restructuring as one of the most effective methods of improving the competitive capacity of Russian companies. The author gives the definition of restructuring, enumerates the strategies of restructuring, formulates the main stages and methods of restructuring, considers the reasons, and peculiarities of restructuring of vertically-integrated companies.
