The article presents the results of the survey “Teacher in the student’s eyes” that was carried out for monitoring the level of educational process quality in the School of Public Administration of the Lomonosov Moscow State University. Its target audience was the 2nd year students. Respondents have evaluated the quality of lectures, seminars and practical exercises. The data was analyzed for five education programs separately and for the School as a whole. The authors analyze the methodological aspects of the survey and the survey’s data analysis.
