Effective Management of Crisis Communications

Building an effective system of crisis communications is an integral part of successful crisis management. Effective communications management requires analyzing, predicting, and influencing the flow of information. Building an effective communication strategy requires constant improving of analysis, prediction an information flow influencing methods, especially during the crisis, when the exchange of information takes on special significance, and its irregular organization can further complicate the situation.
