Methodology of Investment Climate Analysis (on the Example of the Republic of Bashkortostan)

The article analyzes the existing methods of investment climate evaluation. The author also proposes a new method, the factorial estimation of investment climate, developed by the author on the basis of the analysis of investment appeal, investment activity and efficiency of investment activity. The author explores the advantages of the proposed method, including its ability to reveal the most problematic areas of an economy. The author evaluates the investment climate of Bashkortostan using this method.
