Contemporary Line of Venture Capital Development in Russia

Steady social and economic development of the country is only possible in a dynamically developing innovative economy. Venture capital is the important factor of the efficiency of the economic transformation, achieved in many countries with the conversion of national economy to innovative development. The emergence of venture capital, which unites financial and intellectual resources, containing innovation risks control mechanism, is caused by the need fro social development and innovations.
In Russia, the importance of the development of venture financing is connected with the fact that one of the most urgent problems of the domestic economy is finding the sources of capital for the development of innovation enterprises. The solution for many problems of the development of venture capital is seen in the creation of an adequate institutional environment.
