Interactions between the Legislative and Executive Power in Russia in 1906: Passing a Single Law

The article examines the domestic experience of interaction of legislative and executive powers during the parliamentary period of the Russian Empire. The author focuses on the process of passing the bill on government assistance to the provinces affected by crop failure. This bill was the first and only law passed in the first session of 1906.
