The Acts of the Russian Governmental Constitutionalism in Late XIX - Early XX Century Historiography

The article is devoted to the acts of the Russian governmental constitutionalism in the XVIII- XIX centuries. The author makes some conclusions about the results of research into this problem in late XIX – early XX century.
