dedicated to the memory of Professor Yu. P. Solovyov.
The conference will be held in Moscow from February 14 to February 19, 2005

Abstracts should be submitted to the Organizing Committee by
December 5, 2004. The length of the abstract should not exceed one
typewritten page. Sending TeX files by E-mail is strongly encouraged.
Accomodation will be available at the Moscow University Hotel
Complex (located in the Main Building of the University).
Prices: 11-25 USD per night.
