The quantitative analysis of any farmaceutical
by a method HPLC
Abstract
The technique of the
quantitative analysis of a new multicomponent medicinal preparation “Pentalgin
with propiphenazon and drotaverin” by a
method HPLC is developed. At the analysis of modelling mixes containing all
working and all auxiliary substances of tablets, the reliability of received
results is confirmed. Skilled - experimental samples of tablets are analysed
the received results correspond(meet) to the requirements of the
normative-engineering specifications and technological loadings. The technique
is offered for inclusion in pharmacopoeia clause of the enterprise on the given
preparation.
