Microtubule network was disrupted by nocodazole treatment (A). Then cells incubated in free of nocodazole media and fixed after 2 (B), 4 (C), 6 (D), 8 (E) and 10 (F) minutes. Cells were immunostained against beta-tubuline. Some microtubules polyimerized on the centrosome but the majority was born in the cytoplasm.
