E-mail: lmis@miem.edu.ru The distribution of electromagnetic field in sheet materials placed in microwave devices based on two-dimensional periodic slow-wave structures are investigated. The distribution of temperature field in materials with different electrophysical parameters are investigated. The results obtained confirm the possibility of even heating of treated samples.
