Mixing of K 0 - mesons is discussed in a framework of the minimal supersymmetry (MSSM) with the explicit CP-violation in Higgs sector. Mixing observables, such as mLS and are evaluated in the limit of four-fermion low-energy approximation with charged Higgs exchanges. This report specifies data, obtained by the author in [1], and, by taking new impacts into account, confirms the smallness of MSSM effects in K 0 - meson system.
