- E-mail: kulikovsky@inbox.ru A CNGS project aims to prove existence of µ oscillations in pure muon neutrino beam from SPS accelerator (CERN). Neutrinos from this beam are detected in Gran Sasso underground laboratory (Italy) located 732km from source. One of the main detector for this purpose is OPERA. It designed from Emulsion Cloud Chamber to detect tau neutrinos with very low background. Whole project began its first working cycle in 20th June.
