We we re ab le to co mpare t he co ncorda nc e betwee n topo lo gy o f the p hylo ge netic tree based o n t he CO I seq ue nces a nd t he phylo ge netic tr ee based o n t he c ytoc hro me b fro m t he s t ud y o f Guick ing et a l. (2009). Samp les were take n fro m a nima ls ca ught in t he fie ld, whic h were s a fe ly re lea sed a fter t he proced ure.
