Information letter Dear colleagues! Faculty of Basic Medicine, Lomonosov Moscow State University and State Research Center ­ Institute for Biomedical Problems, Russian Academy of Science invite you to take part in "VI Russian National School with International Participation on Muscle and Exercise Physiology "Systemic and cellular mechanisms in physiology of motor system". The School will take place at the Faculty of Basic Medicine, Lomonosov Moscow State University, Moscow, February 1-4, 2011. The well-known specialists in physiology, cell physiology, biomechanics and rehabilitation medicine will deliver lectures on systemic and cellular mechanisms in physiology of motor system. School program will include problem symposiums on the following topics: · Systemic and cellular mechanisms in motor control · Cellular and molecular mechanisms in regulation of muscle contraction and muscle plasticity · Life science for medicine · New technologies in sport, space and rehabilitation medicine · Systemic and cellular mechanisms in exercise physiology In the framework of the school presentation of free papers in oral or poster way will be organized. Workshop on the new technologies will take place. Abstracts of the reports will be published. We invite scientists, post-grade students, residents and students to take part in School on systemic and cellular mechanisms in physiology of motor system. Sessions and workshop program will be based on abstracts received. You can register for the school-conference and submit abstract on site: http://mep.imbp.ru Abstract submission deadline is 20th November 2010.


The Abstract must be typed into the abstract submission form. The number of authors is to be no more than 5 from 3 institutions. Abstract is restricted to 1500 characters (including spaces - without title, authors and institutions). It should not contain any tables or graphs and is restricted to ASCII-characters only. Please note, that an abstract prepared in a program like Windows Word may contain non-ASCII characters. To make sure your abstract only contains ASCII characters, copy-paste the text first to a text-editor like Windows Notepad, then "Save As..." and set Encoding to "ANSI". The author can state his preference for the type of presentation; the final decision is with the Scientific Board. The receipt of your abstract submission will be confirmed by e-mail.
