Dear NGI managers

I would like to pay your attention to new version of Resource Center OLA
and Resource infrastructure Provider OLA:

Please send to Operations your comments with deadline 15 August.
Please remember to consult new version of RC OLA with your sites.

Main changes:
* adaptation of FitSM template provided by FedSM project
* removal reference to grid - now EGI is offering grid and cloud resources
* Change in Ava/rel threshold to 80%/85%
* Adding threshold for Unknown results 10% (already oversight and agreed
at OMB in the past)
* Adding max downtime duration - 1 month (already oversight and agreed
at OMB in the past)
* Definition of Service Support target through GGUS QoS (added in
version 2.1 after July OMB):
   - QoS has been defined as Medium for RC and RP
     https://wiki.egi.eu/wiki/FAQ_GGUS-QoS-Levels#Levels_of_service
   - this will change target from 8 working hours for all tickets to
     * 8 working hours for very urgent, top priority tickets
     * 5 working days for less urgent, urgent priority tickets
     which sounds more achievable
* For RP OLA - extension of Core mandatory NGI services from Top BDII to
those listed at
https://wiki.egi.eu/wiki/NGI_services_in_GOCDB#Services

During August OMB we would like to ask you for the approval.
