[RU-NGI] Some WLCG Statistics 2010

На CMS operations meeting сегодня были упомянуты проблеы с сайтами Т2 - 
см. список ниже.
Половина из них - российские сайты: T2_RU_RRC_KI, T2_RU_JINR, T2_RU_ITEP.
Проблемы, похоже, не очень серьезные, и "site admins are following up", 
поэтому
пишу просто для информации. Как-то кажется, что половина наших - 
многовато будет.
Посмотрел на-днях статистику LCG (в частности - CMS) за уходящий год по 
объемам
и скорости передачи данных, стабильности, количеству задач и т.п. наших 
сайтов,

Данные, конечно, не всеохватывающие, но может, пригодится кому.

    * T2_RU_RRC_KI : CMS SAM-CE instabilities since several days

    * T2_FI_HIP: Wrong gstat and gridmap information for the Finnish CMS

Nov. 8th, further discussed in T1 coordination meeting, Flavia following 
up as well
       * more explanation:
          * T2 FIN resources appear in BDII as part of NDGF-T1 becase we 
need to translate the ARC information system to Glueschema and into BDII 
format and this is done by NDGF
          * Site has an independent CMS dCache setup which is not part 
of the distributed NDGF T1 dCache setup so that cannot be published by 
NDGF, but is instead published by a CSC BDII server.
          * CMS applications and WLCG accounting works fine with this 
setup, but the WCLG monitoring is reporting non CMS resources for the T2 
Fin site which obviously is wrong.
          * The ticket is about having WLCG report the right resources 
for us. The short term solution is to for WLCG to change configuration 
settings to get this corrected.
    * T2_RU_JINR: SAM CE test fails analysis check, file not accessible:

    * T2_TR_METU: SAM CE tests prod and sft-job are failing:
