The flyer of the Unit `Jurisprudence' of International scientific conference "Lomonosov - 2014" 1. Generalities.
This conference flyer regulates the procedure in the Unit `Jurisprudence' of the International scientific conference `Lomonosov - 2014'. The organizers of the Unit are the law faculty of Moscow State University and the Scientific Society of students of the law faculty. The conference is held with the assistance of the international law company 'White&Case' and of companies `Garant' and `Consultant plus'.

2. Goals.
The goals of the conference are the analysis and discussion of the most important theoretical and practical law problems, the state of the current Russian and foreign legislation, perspectives of its development and interaction.

3. Terms of participation.

Students, graduate students and young scientists of the Russian and foreign institutes of higher education are allowed to participate in the work of the unit.

4. Workshops of the unit `Jurisprudence'.
1) The sessions of 25 workshops will be held within the scope of the unit. They are: 1. Administrative law 2. Civil law 3. Law of civil procedure 4. Intellectual rights 5. 2) Each participant may send the application for participating in the one workshop and to address one presentation. 3) Number of the workshops may be changed by the Organizing Committee without additional notification.

5. Procedure of sending the applications and abstracts of the presentations.

For participation as a speaker it is necessary to send the application for participation and to download the abstract on the Information port `Lomonosov' (http://lomonosov-msu.ru/ ). The applications sent by e-mail, by facsimile or by post will not be considered by the Organizing Committee. The requirements abstracts may be found in the Attachment 1 to this Conference flyer. The participants who had not be registered within the scheduled dates on the portal ''Lomonosov'', had not downloaded the abstracts or had not been selected during the preliminary selection are not allowed to take part in the conference as the speakers. The number of delegates from one institute of higher education is not limited. The conference will be held on April 7-11, 2014. The time for application: January 25-February 25, 2014. The results of the preliminary selection and sending of the invitations: up to March 20, 2014.

The expenses for transport, lodging etc are to be covered by the sending side.


8. Preliminary The abstracts accordance with novelty and reaso

contest selection. of the presentations are evaluated on the criterions of the the formal requirements, research independance, scientific nableness of conclusions.

9. Publication of the papers of the participants. Before the conference will take place the abstracts of the participants, who was selected during the preliminary selection, are published in the digest of the conference. 10. Conference procedure. According to the procedure rules the time allotted for the presentations is 7 minutes and for the consequent discussion is 5 minutes. 11. The reference to numbers of pages is required. The ultimate volume is three pages (after downloading the abstracts); the list of literature and thanlsgivings are included.
