The article describes the relevance of the organizational readiness for change (ORC) management problem in the modern world and presents an integrated model of ORC and technology management as a solution to this problem. Organizational readiness for change is understood as one of the possible states of social organization, i. e. a set of basic parameters and characteristics of the organization at a particular point (or range) of the time. The social aspects of organizational readiness for change are highlighted as the most important for the purposes of social control.
