The article examines the role of integrated logistics in the formation of strategic communications with customers and business partners. Integrated logistics services based on innovative technologies create the added value throughout the supply chain. The introduction of advanced logistics promotes Russia's innovative economic development, but requires the establishment of the appropriate logistical infrastructure for business communication.
