Control and Supervise Functions and Public Services: Differences and Correlation Olga S. Minchenko

Control and supervision are the crucial elements of any public administration system. The Russian legislation on public control, supervision and public services does not describe difference between these notions. But public control functions and some public services are interdependent. The main purpose of this article is to suggest some general principles of classification of control and supervision functions and public services and to describe differences and correlation between the notions. According to results of author’s research the functions of public control and supervision and public services are interrelated and the means of control and supervision include some public services.
