	Dr. of Science (biology) Alexander O. Makeev Graduated from Geographic Faculty of Lomonosov Moscow State University. Specialize in general soil science, land management information support to agrarian projects, e-learning facilities.б  Member of International societies - International Union of Soil Science (IUSS), Dokuchaev Soil Science Society of Russia, German Soil Science Society, secretary of the International paleopedology commission. Since 1996 A. Makeev represents Soil Science Faculty in Rector's Counsel on telecommunications. Founder and director of the Foundation for Agrarian Development research that provides access to modern agricultural information using a variety of communication technologies since 1993.б  Alexander Makeev has considerable experience in the management of International and Russian Grants with the projects funded by US AID, Eurasia Foundation, Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), Russian Foundation for Basic Research, Moscow University, etc. Since 2005 director of Center for distance education of the MSU Science Park that provides training for 15 faculties of the University. Since 1997 - leading staff member of the Institute of ecological soil science of Moscow State University. Alexander Makeev has experience in conducting of 21 international scientific sessions. He is a member of editorial board and reviewer of Quaternary International, Catena, Geological Quaterly. Alexander Makeev is an author and co-author ofб more than 120 papers.
	Ivan Kokshaisky.б System administrator and high class programmer: CVS, SVN, GIT, Unix systems administration, C/C++ programming, general hardware evaluation, hardware maintenance. Ivan Kokshaisky responsible for the development and application of various information systems, installation and optimization of system software and applications, including e-learning platforms.б  Ivan Kokshaisky participated in development of software solutions for International space station, monitoring of satellites and cosmic radiation in real time.б  Ivan Kokshaisky specialize in modern microelectronics and computer architectures, has wide experience in collecting, processing and visualization of any kind of data. He is familiar with all major pathways of data transmitting (cable, fiber-optic, wireless and satellite).б  Graduated from Physics department of Lomonosov Moscow state university. б
	Alexander Ladygin.б His area of expertise includes development and maintenance of ECFS web portal, content management, development and administration of e-learning courses and programs, providing training for teachers.б  Alexander Ladygin supported web portal for the Center of distance education of the Science Park of Lomonosov Moscow State University (http//de.msu.ru). He is experienced in maintenance of web data bases, and the support of IT projects in ecological education, including Ecological partnership (http://ecocoop.msu.ru). He is also an author of e-learning training courses on the use of network services for trainers and an author of a Manual and Practical Guide for trainers in distance education (Moscow, Academia IT Press, 2012).б  Alexander Ladygin graduated from department of Biology of Lomonosov Moscow State University. His scientific interests lie in ecology and environmental protection.б  Alexander Ladygin is a professional photographer. He is an author of several albums on Russian natural heritage and has illustrated publications with such distinguished publishers as BBCwildlife, National Geographic, Natural History, etc.
